  1. Here's my wedding knitting vote. Since you are having such a lovely hand made day, I vote to use your hand spun in a shawl. It would be sweet to have a hand spun, hand knit shawl begun on your wedding day to be able to wear every year on your anniversary, or on any other special occasion. It would make a lovely keepsake to wrap around a wee one too if you decide to have any someday:)

  2. I agree with Auntea. As soon as I saw your podcast and you ask the question--it was a no brainer. A lovely shawl out of your handspun would be a great keepsake to remember when it was started and lovingly worked on as you were getting ready to start your married life. Also, with so many knitters at the wedding, they could all knit a few stitches with love on a shawl which you would have to wrap around you and remember all the love and good wishes.

  3. My thoughts are for something total luxury - cashmere wristers - kind of Jane Austen. It's a wedding day! :)

  4. I like the idea of the Hitchhiker. I would say be careful about any yarn that has components that might shed on your wedding dress. I know alpaca and angora usually do that a little bit when I knit with them.
